PsychED recently reviewed an article on caritative leadership. The author, Yvonne Näsman, has generously accepted to help us understand this new model better thanks to an exclusive interview.

Yvonne Näsman, PhD, earned her diploma in nursing and midwifery in 1994. She holds her Master’s degree in caring science since 2001, and her Doctoral degree in caring science since 2010. Her doctoral thesis is a monograph in Swedish about virtue ethics in relation to caritative caring ethics.
